Everest view trekking with Mani Rimdu festival 12 days are designed for entire adventurous trekkers who want to sight the perfect giant view of Mount Everest with many other high peaks along experiencing Mani Rimdu, the popular festival of the Everest region on the same expedition. 

After sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley, our expedition starts leaving Kathmandu towards Lukla. Triggering our trek forward crossing the rhododendron forest, suspension bridge, and walking through Dudh Koshi River, we reach Sagarmatha National Park to sight different rare flora and fauna. Heading ahead by enjoying tea shops, viewing monasteries, and passing junction points of Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi River, we stop at Namche Bazaar. Following our trails, we move forward exploring perfect stunning views of many giant mountains including Mount Everest (8,848 m) to reach Tengboche. We observe the Mani Rimdu festival from the close of Tengboche Monastery before stepping downhill. Following the trial leaving Tengboche, we descend back to Lukla and catch a flight to Kathmandu to end our (culture and nature) trekking journey. Mani Rimdu festival is a chain of 19 days of celebrations, celebrated from the first day of the tenth month according to the Tibetan calendar by Buddhist minions. So, interested trekkers can plan their trek throughout the end of October and the beginning of November towards the Everest view trekking with the Mani Rimdu festival. 

Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu (1,300 m)

Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu (1,300 m)
Following your arrival hour at Kathmandu (Tribhuvan International Airport), our representatives will be there holding greetings in their hands for your deep warm welcome and after putting a smile on your face, they transfer you to a fine tourist standard hotel. Later in the day, we schedule our meeting to discuss the upcoming trek along with finishing all official conditions too.

Day 2: Kathmandu Valley sightseeing and trek preparation
Today after having our morning delicious breakfast, we move forward for sightseeing toward the major attractions of Kathmandu Valley. Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, and Swyambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple) will be our targets of the day which can stay on the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. After enjoying and exploring these wonderful locations, we will be back for preparing and finalizing our equipment and the needs required during the trek. This night, we stay at the same hotel in Kathmandu. 

Day 3: Drive to Ramechhap Fly to Lukla (2,642 m) and start trekking to Phakding (2,562 m)
Today after morning breakfast, we will drive around 4 hours to Ramechhap Airport to catch our flight towards Lukla. After (30 to 35 minutes) of leaving Kathmandu along flying over clouds, we land at Lukla (Tenzing Hillary Airport) and meet our trekking members there. After quick bag packs and arrangements, we develop our trek through downhills and flat trails for four hours to step Phakding. This first night in the Himalayas will be spent at the lodge in Phakding. 

Day 4: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m)
Today leaving Phakding behind, we cross several suspension bridges over Dudh Koshi River follow its east bank, and enter a pleasing rhododendron forest and small settlements to reach Monjo (Gateway of Sagarmatha National Park). Walking ahead by enjoying tea shops and Monasteries on the way, we will catch a checkpoint after finishing all checking and considerations forward, we develop our step towards the junction point of Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi Rivers finally after a short hike from there, we reach Namche Bazaar for stay overnight.

Day 5: Namche Bazaar: (First day of Acclimatization)
As Namche Bazaar is already above the height of 3,400 m, proper acclimatization is very essential before adding further altitude. So, this day we don’t move forward but we plan to explore throughout nearby village Khumjung or hike towards the old Sherpa settlement of Thame the leisure time can be spent by visiting the museum or enjoying internet cafes and night will also be spent at the same Lodge in Namche Bazaar. 

Day 6: Trek to Tengboche (3,867 m)
Today after quitting Namche Bazaar, a short upward hike takes us to the ridge crossing memorial stupa along enjoying the perfect faces of giant peaks offered by Kyangjuma and passing long walls through the rhododendron forest till the suspension bridge over Dudh Koshi River takes us to Tengboche Monastery. In the remaining hours, we just step and sight the Tengboche monastery where the Rimdu festival is performed and this night will be spent at the lodge in Tengboche. 

Day 7: Scout Mani Rimdu festival
Today, we explore Monastery along observe the ceremony and rituals from the close while being performed for whole the day. Mostly we watch the locals and lamas performing their traditional and religious activities and we will also enjoy local foods and drinks offered by the local people. We enjoy every, activity and performance of the festival and we spend this night at the same spot on Tengboche. 

Day 8: Trek to Dingboche (4,358 m)
Today exiting the Rimdu festival, we leave Tengboche early morning after having a sweet breakfast following stone steps, a suspension bridge, a flat trail, alpine meadows, and yak herds to reach Dingboche. After stopping there, the remaining time will be spent exploring the highest settlement of the world in Dingboche with additional views of incredible mountains. We will spend this night at Lodge in Dingboche.

Day 9: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m)
Today is the day to face the longest walk of our entire trek. Focusing on the same route that we had developed before, we start our downward walk early morning following Imja Khola along passing the spares and small settlements till Tengboche. Continuing the trail and walking through alpine meadows, rhododendron forests, monasteries, and mini walls finally takes us to Namche Bazaar. Evening hours can be wasted by enjoying in internet cafes or restaurants and we spent this night at Namche Bazaar. 

Day 10: Trek to Lukla (2,642 m)
Today after enjoying a delicious breakfast in Namche Bazaar, we step forward aiming to reach Lukla. Crossing numerous pleasing rhododendron forests, suspension bridges, monasteries, and rivers through Monjo, we reach a checkpoint from there we descend to Phakding. After a short hike from Phakding, we reach Namche Bazaar to stay overnight. This is the last day to stay in the Himalayas of Nepal. 

Day 11: Fly to Ramechhap and drive to Kathmandu (1,300 m)
Today we catch our morning flight towards Ramechhap after having a quick morning breakfast. (30 to 35 minutes) flight over the white Himalayas leaving Lukla, we land at Ramechhap Airport and then drive to Kathmandu you can find our comfortable private vehicle will be awaiting your arrival to swiftly you towards a fine hotel. Tonight will have dinner at the popular restaurant enjoying Nepalese ethnic music and dancing to Nepali dishes. 

Day 12: Final Departure
Last day of our package, you can be engaged in buying and collecting gifts for your relatives and friends for some hours considering your flight time. We will be there for you to help with arrangements along with our private vehicle taking you to Tribhuwan International Airport focusing on your flight time. Our representatives will be there to wish for your safe journey and successful steps ahead.
