Khopra Danda Trek – 12 Days

Khopra Danda trek 12 days is one of the recently opened treks in the Annapurna locale which highlights staggering perspectives of snowcapped mountains and a presentation to different ethnicities of the district. Because the trails are well-made and easy to walk on, this less-known hike is ideal for families and families with children.

The Khopra Danda Trek provides an excellent vantage point for viewing snow-capped peaks and verdant slopes with terraced terraces, pasturelands, and charming social towns. As soon as you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, the 12-day journey officially begins. You next go on a stunning journey from Kathmandu to Pokhara with mesmerizing views of gigantic mountains, followed by a brief but magnificent drive to Kimche. The largest Gurung town in the Annapurna region, Ghandruk, is reached via authentic hiking from Kimche along off-the-beaten-path routes.

Rhododendrons, oaks, bamboos, and pines are all present along the course's densely forested route. The walk features breathtaking views of the sunrise over the mountains from Khopra Ridge and Poon Hill in addition to eye-catching views of the chilly Himalayas, including Mt. Dhaulagiri (8167m), Nilgiri (7061m), Mt. Annapurna I (8091m), Annapurna South (7219m), Machhapuchhre (6993m), and others. Trekkers can observe and enjoy the authentic Nepali culture and way of life as the trail passes through beautiful settlements of the Gurung, Magar, Chhetri, and Brahmin people groups. The trek is an amazing way to introduce your children to the joys of hiking, trade society, and involvement with local people.
